With his classes all already done for the week, Lee had the rest of the week for himself to be productive. Of course, being productive meant trudging down to the common room early Wednesday morning, flopping down on one of the couches and turning on the television.

At least there was a movie about space and ships and flying being shown. Lee could definitely make due with that.

"I could do that," Lee muttered, half watching and half not. "Easy."

Annette was cooking. Okay, Annette was trying to cook. This is something she has never been good at no matter how many times she gave it a go. She had pancakes cooking though they were very questionable considering their too lumpy form. She had bacon frying, and she was currently cracking eggs in a bowl. She didn't notice any eggshells that fell in either. If she was going to survive college one day, she had to learn to cook. Right?

Her cat, Angel, was curled around her feet, purring and playing with Annette's shoe laces. "Angel that stop, going me up trip and then what will breakfast happen to? Burn will no one it then enjoy."

Annette blinked, cocked her head, and continued with the cracking of eggs. "Either know it I don't."

[The common room it is open! ETA: Annette's *mess* has been taken care of by Liir, anyone coming in after him is going to just see nice, neat, leftover pancakes that he made. HEE!]

Jamie is currently sitting with himself and himself arguing over which version of "Galaxy Quest" is better.

"Classic!"

"New Adventures!"

"I prefer Lightning Bug."

"You're just obsessed with anything Joss."

"No, it's because Galaxy Quest sucks."

And any minute now they could come to blows.

Karal was spending his morning playing with Trenor. It wasn't as if he had a lot of options, what with the whole looking like a horse thing.

First they'd played 'I chase you around the stable', and then they'd played 'You chase me around the stable'. Now they were playing 'run around the stable as fast as you can, pretend to be scared of something, then run around it the other way'.

Both horses, no matter that one of them was actually a person and a priest, were obviously having a wonderful time.
