He had put this off too long.

He had been positively slovenly in his disregard for this task.

...he was down to his last pair of wearable pants.

As such, Liir was headed for the bathrooms to get his laundry done, wincing faintly at the load he had in his arms. It was unfortunately one of two, and there was actually enough where he was quite sure he'd have to buy a new bar of soap soon. Perhaps he could have used the washing machines, but they were too tik-tokish for him to consider them seriously.

Romeo wasn't usually the early rising type; if he saw 9 a.m. on a day when he wasn't cruelly roused by his alarm clock, it was normally because he'd not slept the night before. And despite his best attempts, he'd not slept much Sunday night. Or Saturday. Or Friday, really.

He needed something active to do, as he was strangely sick of his thoughts and the beach. And it never hurt a Montague to work on his aim.

Which was why Romeo was in the shooting range, finding strange therapy in blowing targets to bits.

It was probably best not to speculate on the hows or more importantly, the whys, of Viki having wound up checking out books on knitting.

She wasn’t quite sure herself.

Viki couldn’t really find it in her to be put out, even mildly though, as she sat perched on the back of the couch and watched three kittens (that had been three books) play ferociously with the yarn she’d bought.

It must also be said that she wasn’t sure what had possessed her to go and buy yarn, but that at least had been a decision she’d made. Books that turned into kittens…

Ah well. She lobbed another ball of yarn into their midst and grinned as they went speeding after it.

Having had a pretty good day so far, Hurley settled in to watch some TV in the common room.

He ended up finding reruns of Exposé.

Dude, it was Billy Dee Williams and strippers fighting crime.

That was totally awesome.

[ooc: Open, huzzah! Come one, come all.]

[ETA: Hurley's player has gone to bed, but he'll pick up tags in the morn!]

Peyton had spent almost the entire day working on the mural for Meg's wall. It was mostly done and she was tired and needed to be out of the paint fumes for a while.

So for now she was stretched out on the couch, feet up, watching some night time teenage soap opera and seriously considering throwing her popcorn at the screen.
