With the Valentine's Dance a few days away, Lee found a spot in the lobby to set up to sell tickets. The tickets themselves were even pink with a heart on them, aw. Hey, you had to keep up with the times and be topical. The table itself even had a rose in a vase just to make it seem even more Valentines-y. Or whatever.

Lee was behind the table, not wearing anything Valentines-y. He was just glad he wasn't punching everything in sight anymore, really.

John was in the rec room on time, thanks, and with Doritos this week. Not the Cool Ranch kind (those smelled funny), the Nacho Cheese kind.

He set up chairs and things for the club meeting and waited for people to arrive.

Jamie woke up this morning feeling more hungry than usual. Almost ravenous.

And he wanted pancakes. And Pie. But he also didn't want to wait to go to down or go out for ingredients so he used what he had on hand.

Which is why a certain (and now almost empty) bag of flour was used that had a certain teacher's signature on it.

Not that Jamie cared of course, because now there were pancakes and pecan pie. Lots of them. And because he wanted to eat them as soon as they were made there were six Jamies eating the pie and pancakes as soon as they were ready.

With a disturbing lack of table manners.

Eve was humming cheerfully as she dragged everything out for practice and got it all set up. Her first time setting up, aw yay, milestones!

She was in an infinitely better mood than she'd been at the last practice.

[Wait for the OCD is up!]

To say that Leto was not in a good mood was an understatement. Having recovered from the weekend - which had been rather tiring - he had been unfairly accused yesterday of being a bad friend by Tony and added to that he had been woken up in the middle of the night by loud out-of-tune singing and slamming of doors. The former event should be just something to laugh at, he knew that, but he just didn't have the patience right now. Ghanima might tell him off, but she wasn't here.

The next person who had issues with who he was sleeping with would be challenged to a duel and have their waters taken.

To calm himself down he had chosen between playing the baliset and doing some fighting practise and the former had won. If there was to be a dance he should anyway make himself familiar with contemporary dance music, and picking up some new tunes to play was a good way. Having tuned the instrument, he swtiched on the TV, looking for one of the music channels he knew were being broadcast. Watching, his face turned into a frown. Not only were the songs difficult to play on a baliset, he also had his reservations about the dance style.

Some days he wished there was a Litany against Annoyance.

[open of course]

Dinah had gone down a floor to watch Darkest Night with Tony, and been puzzled to find he wasn't there already. Shrugging, and expecting he'd join them in a bit, she'd turned the channel to the show, made a big bowl of popcorn, and settled in.

Apparently, there was a coven of aristocratic witches that Raymond Dark was supposed to have destroyed centuries ago. Only of course not.
