Sometime early in the morning, Lee hauled himself downstairs and set himself up at a small table. There was a roll of tickets in front of him, a box of money in the extra chair beside him, and a sign declaring 'PROM TICKETS' hanging off the front of the table. There was also a spot to vote for Prom king and queen!

Prom tickets were now on sale. Come one, come all. Date or no date, you gotta have a ticket!

Late Tuesday morning, several copies of a poster went up around the dorms.

Today Triela brought something a little bit different to gun club. She had her stacks of guns and ammo, of course, but in addition to that she had a number of teapots and enough cups for everyone.

"We're doing something a little different today," Triela explained as people arrived. "Before we get to the shooting I wanted to give anyone who wanted it a chance to talk about last week. I'm especially interested in discussions of how this club proved useful to you during the zombie invasion, and how it could have proven even more useful. What do you wish we'd done here to help you prepare for it?"

She took a sip of tea and grinned. "Of course if you'd rather go straight to the shooting, well, I'm not going to stop you."

Makejoy was getting big enough that Liir was going to have to move the divider in her crate soon. For the moment, however, he was playing fetch with her on the floor of the common room, one hand absently tossing the ball to roll across the floor while he worked on a bit of writing. What he was writing was anyone's guess, but he'd certainly left a couple of toothmarks in the cap of his pen from it.

The puppy didn't particularly care; she was just happy to be out of her crate after the big mess last week. If that made her a bit more likely to go and greet new arrivals to the room, well, hopefully no one would mind.

There was some insanity going on in Fandom this week, and after John and Gavin had been assaulted by their visitor, they'd parted. And gotten a change of wardrobe.

After leaving her in...Gavin's dorm room, Johnny realized had to find Baby, he'd made a mistake leaving Kellerman's like that. He stormed into the...common room to find her sitting in the corner, watching the show.

In reality, there was no show. It was just Gavin in a really frilly dress staring at the television and looking disheartened.

Clad in tight black pants and popped-collar shirt, Johnny stormed over to where Baby sat, announcing to the world that, "Nobody puts Baby in the corner!" Then he offered her his hand.

Tomorrow would be painful.

[This is all [livejournal.com profile] sith_happened's fault. Minimal OCD coming for the dance ready!]

It had been a normal day for Turtle.

Up until she got to her room, anyway. Actually, it was pretty normal for Turtle to go to her room and find something strange, considering who she lived with, but she was certainly not used to finding a little gremlin stalking in the dark, running out to bite her ankle, and then dashing out before Turtle could recover from the pain to kick it in its shins.

Of course, by the time she recovered from the pain, all thoughts of kicking it in the shins vaporated and her mind was on something else entirely different.

It was an odd hour, but one could not practise enough. Sakurazaki Setsuna walked down the stairs and into the salle, took up Yuunagi (which, oddly enough to anyone else, resembled just a practise sword and now a nodachi at all), and settled in the centre of the room to start working on her Shinmei Ryuu.

Good, powerful techniques, sending the stacks of rocks (that weren't really there anymore) flying. Pity she hadn't run into Alphonse on her way down; he could have helped and transmuted them back into walls....

[[ open salle is open! I'm slow for a wee tiny bit, but my brain was insisting on a blast from my past! ]]
