He was trying. He really was.

Was it so much to ask for the man to visit once? One? Parents Weekend, zilch. Nothing. Finally, a letter, saying he'd come, and... another letter saying he was laid up waiting for parts!?

It was more than Jack could handle. He needed... it was too early in the morning for booze, so he turned to comfort foods (of which he had none in his room, since he binged on his stash last week)...and nothing was cooked.

Is a cookie asking for too much?!

Angry!Jack was bustling around the Common Room, making various batches of cookies and intending on eating much of them himself. Or maybe for other people. Spending a few minutes mixing the eggs, the peanut butter, and the sugar together (a bit violently) calmed him down a bit. And while the first batch was almost ready, he was working on some made with crunchy peanut butter.

[Open for everyone! Mod cookies! And if anyone wants to bake muffins...*innocent look*]

Hurley was relaxing in the common room, watching an episode of Lightning Bug while he baked chocolate chip cookies.

Hey, he figured people needed 'yay, no more parents' cookies.

He'd gladly share with anyone who showed up.

[ooc: Open!]
