It was Tuesday, which meant Triela was in the gym. She wasn't entirely sure how she'd let herself get talked into making this a regular thing, but she had. And she'd even worn appropriate clothes: sweatshirt, sweatpants, running shoes. Not the sort of thing she'd often be seen in public wearing.

Still, the point had been made, quite effectively, that her usual business suit and boots were not really effective football attire.

So there she was, dressed appropriately and a few minutes early. She settled in to wait.

[Expecting one, but open.]

This was one of those mornings were Kate just woke up way too early and couldn't go back to sleep with the way thoughts were just whirring around in her head. After trying anyway, she'd given up and headed down to the salle for a half-mandatory pre-class practice session, intended to center her again, and maybe reduce her stress levels about whichever way certain people she wasn't even supposed to pay attention to were probably going to be interacting in class.

Even a good while spent attacking dummies hadn't killed all the time she had left before her class that was still hours away, though, and she found herself having a need to just take it easy now. With some video games. And the rec room was the perfect place for that since she'd never gotten around to hauling her XBox to Fandom even though it was just gathering dust back home. Not like Marshall ever played anything without her.

She parked her ass on a couch, controller in hand, and made herself comfortable. Meta for Little Big Planet was totally good practice for her reflexes too, right?

[ooc: Open like a rec room! ETA: There is a good chance of SP until my evening. Today is weeeird for me.]

Percy supposed he could be down in the salle, training his ass off but he'd woken up feeling lazy and hadn't been able to shake that feeling for most of the day. He had managed to visit Mrs. O'Leary and he'd actually jogged a bit outside since the temperature was fairly mild but that was all the activity he'd planned for today.

So, he'd bought himself a pizza (large so he'd have leftovers which was a trick he'd learned from his mom) and set himself up in the common room with some loud action movies that lacked a plot. First up? The Stone. He'd seen this before but it'd been awhile.

Pizza in hand, Percy settled back for the movie. Sometimes it was nice to forget all the problems surrounding his life.

[Open, of course!]

The Reserves had been handwavily notified to meet in the Danger Shop again today, and to wear warm clothes. When they arrived, they'd find the area set up to look exactly like their usual meeting area behind the dorms, right down to the coffee, hot chocolate, and snacks (except those were real).

"So we thought we'd do a little exercise in navigating in really bad visual conditions today," Kennedy announced, chucking a thumb back at the area behind her. There was a large, brightly-colored archery target set up on a table at one end of the clearing, and eight stations well stocked with a moddable array of ranged weapons, or snowballs if you really wanted to go that way, scattered at various distances across the clearing.

Any resemblance to a series of snow forts was purely coincidental, of course.

"It's gonna be snowing really hard when you guys go through the course, but what you're gonna do is work your way backwards through these stations. You've got three chances at hitting the target from each one, then you have to head to the next one. Bonus points if you do it in five minutes or less; hit the target at least once from each station and I'll buy you lunch sometime."

And who didn't want a free lunch? Really now people.

"While you run the course, we will be AMERICAN GLADIATORS adding to the challenge by trying to hit you with snowballs or whatever else we have on hand," Maladicta added. "In case you thought it might be a little to easy."

"Careful," Zack added lightly, smiling at the group at large. "We've got pretty good throwing arms!"

[Open, if a little late!]
