First Floor Lobby, Thursday

Alec had four yellow roses and a pink carnation as he sat in the lobby today to sell tickets for the dance, and he was pretty happy about it. Also, he had a date tomorrow. That was pretty nice as well.

Today just kind of rocked. Come get your dance tickets from the weirdly upbeat Shadowhunter in the lobby, guys. That's what he was here for.

1st Floor Rec Room, Thursday Morning

Atton had been taking it easy since last Thursday-- okay, maybe what he was doing could be better described as 'keeping his head down', but whatever, it came down to the same thing. Taking it easy meant card games on his iPad, card games with his physical pazaak cards, and, well, eventually he'd been drawn downstairs in hopes of finding a card game on the school's game computers. Consoles. Whatever you wanted to call them.

And here he was, just about ready to tackle his favorite pass time in a whole new setting, when suddenly his eye was caught by something else. Something shiny. Something potentially entertaining that didn't involve beating himself ad nauseum.

Apache: Air Assault.

Apaches were really rudimentary flying machines, he knew that. It couldn't hurt figuring out how to fly one. And, well, if he kept playing it well into the afternoon, that was just how you did training, dammit.
