While the Sia who was usually in Fandom made a point to handwavily get her training in, this Sia was really dedicated to it. Aside from needing the skills, it was a good way to focus her anger. And she had plenty of reasons for it: she was angry at being stuck here when weird things were happening, angry at being in any Fandom at all, angry that she wasn't learning fast enough, that she wasn't getting enough experience, that she was bored, that there wasn't anyone anywhere she could really count on...

And when she concentrated on that, using her natural discipline in dealing with it, it led to things like very precisely destroying dummies with her lightsaber. She wouldn't guarantee there'd be anything left afterwards.
