Sakurazaki slipped outside to finally enjoy a walk that wasn't burdened down by iirational displays of emotional craziness or late night magical endevours that weren't even really needed. This felt good. This felt amazing. Although workshops hadn't started yet, it was nice to know the weekend was over.

Just walking tonight, leisurely around outside the dorms, just enjoying the crisp, cool night and reflecting the calm day she'd had.

Rain kills motivation, so instead of visiting the gym, Isabel's curled up on a couch in the common room with a bowl of cereal for breakfast and cartoons on the TV.

Subject: Shhhh it's a surprise!

Text:

Today is Pip's birthday. Unfortunately, given some of the events of the weekend, no one had a chance to plan anything for today.

However, I will be throwing a surprise party for him tomorrow night at Caritas. Everyone's invited - just don't tell him!

Veronica

[ooc: please to not be broadcasting the contents of the email cause it's a surprise, duh!]

Gym: Afternoon

After doing the weight training and cardio thing, Jamie is doing his own version of a workout.

Currently his face is screwed up in concentration as he hits a punching bag as hard as he can.

Each time he hits it, he looks around as though expecting someone to appear out of no where.

So far? No one appears to be showing up.

[ooc:open to all]

Alec was big on tv, not having watched much growing up. And he liked music videos (they were shiny and didn't need a big attention span to enjoy), so when he found that there was a whole channel devoted to them? He was in as close to heaven as he was likely to get with his clothes on.

So, sitting on the couch, barefoot and with a bowl of cereal, he was pretty much glued to the set. He could do without that crappy Macarena song or so much Spice Girls though. Whoa, retro.

[ooc: Open to anyone, yay]

Demyx had eventually retreated to the roof to practice, since it was pretty much deserted now. He sat down on the roof itself, not bothering to find something else to sit on, and summoned his sitar.

He warmed up before moving into more complicated, full songs, each chord as he progressed becoming stronger with magic. About halfway through the first song chorus, small geysers were shooting up at random around the roof, dissipating as they came crashing back down. The blonde had to admire the way the droplets caught the light from the sun and reflected back rainbows; he never got tired of his element.

Jaye is in the common room.

It's a common room. People will show.

Okay, fine, if she has to be doing something, she is flipping channels. It's sweeps, though, which means everything's annoying her. Mostly, she's watching the commercials. Which are annoying her, too. Woe.

Finally getting the hang of the whole dorm-room-living-thing, Jude decided to celebrate with massive amounts of popcorn, cookie dough, and pyjamas. He's camped out in the common room with the classic slumber party movies: Sneakin' Out, Girls Just Wanna Have Slumber, and, of course, the all-time number one slumber party movie of all time Sneakin' Out II: The Sneakening.

If you ask nicely he might even braid your hair.

[[Um, yes, those are actual canon movies.]]

Pip took a drag on his cigarette and flipped the channel again.

He was slightly better looking than he had been yesterday, thanks to Demyx's magic, but still pretty beat up.

It's his birthday, he's tired, and he's sore. Anyone who wants to take his remote better be at least a vampire or a demon or a mutant or something.

And even then, they'd better be black belt martial artsists.

[[Common room's open!]]

Sakurazaki is feeling limber, cheerful, and a little bit nervous, but she still nearly waltzes over to room 421 to attach a note written in Japanese to the door.

//Ranma-san!

Come meet me in the gym tonight if you get a chance.

--Setsuna--//

After battling a compulsion to just rip the note right back down, she nearly runs for the stairs, rushing for her mentioned destination.

[[OOC: open only to those who can react to said note; she's not there, obviously]]

Sakurazaki was eager to learn about the gym, and to take advantage of its utilities to satiate her nightly need for excursion and training. Her eyes scanned the equipment thoughtfully...some bars and the punching bags intrigued her more, but she wanted something close to the door to serve her purposes. The bars would work. Setting herself underneath them, she leaps up to one of the low ones (being short as she is), and begins a strong set of chin-ups. She might not be able to train traditionally, but these woudl be great for her sword arm.

[[OOC: she's waiting for someone, but, of course, it's open for all your late night gym needs....assuming the gym is okay to use during late hours, that is...*newbie flail*]]
