Sakurazaki imagined she'd be able to sleep well tonight. It had been a pretty....big day for her. On several levels. So at least she knew it wasn't stress keeping her up all, unless all the stress came solely from her upcoming job. She wasn't nervous about that, though. Not really. Mana-san had said it wouldn't be too difficult, just time consuming. Maybe she was just nervous about going back to Japan. So much...so much had changed for her while she'd been at Fandom. She didn't even know if she wanted to keep fighting like this. After she'd paid off Yuuko, she didn't even know if she could. And then with what happened this morning?

...How was she going to face Ojou-sama?

Well. She pinpointed the reason she couldn't sleep. Sakurazaki sat at the edge of the roof with her legs tucked up to her close, looking out at the night. Her wings were out; the little adventure in stealth and deception had reminded her harshly that her one wing hadn't entirely healed yet. So she figured she may as well stretch them out a little. She caved them carefully around her, and it made her a little sad. //"Better enjoy this while you can, guys,"// she said softly. //"Probably won't have you for much longer..."// Idly, she ran her finger along the tips of the longer feathers. They shivered at her touch.

While handwavily spending the morning down in the salle for some training, Sakurazaki thought that she'd like to do something nice for everyone before she left. So she was going to try the whole make-a-bunch-of-food-for-everyone-who-comes-in thing. Unfortunately, her cullinary abilities were pretty abysmal, and she had a feeling that sushi might turn a few remembering stomach. So it was peanut butter and jelly sandwiches. But they were very nice peanut butter and jelly sandwiches, and sliced rather perfectly, some without crusts, even. And she'd also arranged a pretty impressive fruit platter. Because fruit was always good.

But the best part of it was the one thing she'd learn to make very well without assistance: brownies. Plenty of plates of brownies (also perfectly sliced) that she would give her honourable word as a samurai would not turn anyone into someone else, or a panda, or any other such bizarre occurance.

Sam was feeling blue, so she indulged herself in her almost one hundred percent sure-fire remedy--chocolate espresso brownie ice cream (right out of the pint container) and a series of musicals. First was New York, New York, then An American in Paris, and, finally, Singin' in the Rain. Yes, again.

Gene Kelly was the man, and that's all there was to it. She claimed the big comfy chair and prepared to be cheered up, damn it.
