Cally sat on the couch, flipping through channels until she found reruns of The Rainbow Randolph show.

The Krinkle Kids were really disturbing. Yet Cally was somehow unable to look away.

[ooc: Bored at work. Open as an open thing, but responses may be somewhat slow.]

In leui of giving his roommate and his well-protected girlfriend some privacy, Chad made his way outside and found a nice spot underneath a tree. Open guitar case spread out leisurely beside him, he cradled his bass against him as he idly plucked to the music playing through his headphones. Might as well get some practise in. He'd hate to just end up disappointing the band, or feeling that he'd just gotten in merely because he was the only bass player who auditioned. So he'd have to start getting a little more serious about it.

[[ open, though I do a disappearing act in about an hour or so, for an hour or so, then back for a bit before work ]]

Dean was up not early but at least it was still morning by the clock. Barely. For whole minutes yet. So he felt totally justified in making breakfasty type foods like bacon and eggs and hotcakes and calling it brunch.

He may have been humming under his breath as he cooked because all in all, things were going pretty well. He didn't want to use the phrase 'disgustingly happy' but it probably wouldn't be inappropriate.

[ooc: open with food]

Blair decided that walking all the way from town and all the way up to the fourth floor was enough walking for now. He plopped down on the nearest couch and winced at the jarring to his arm. Readjusting the sling and cast he looked at the tv and waved his free hand.

"Turn on!"

Well, it would have been cool if it had worked.

[ooc: open of course]

Half-empty cartons of Chinese takeaway sat beside the couch and some costume drama, period piece was on the television. Jim, to be honest, wasn't paying much attention to it. That could have something to do with the fact that Lana was currently snuggled into his side, of course.

Marie was tired of being cooped up in her room. She still wasn't sure she was up to the insanity of a common room, so she decided to take advantage of the absolutely gorgeous night and head up to the roof.

time in caps so you know it don't interfere with Parker's bit

Billy found himself this day with some excess energy, so he decided to practice his tumbling.

He may have worked in a few kicks and such to the flips and handsprings. Just to work the kinks out.

Will put on a Cobalt Blue CD and curled up with a notebook on one of the couches in the fifth floor common room. She felt like writing a letter home to let her Mom know how she was doing at her new school, but couldn't find the right words to say. Somehow, her stationary had managed to spread itself out over a whole table, except for the bit where a half-full coffee mug sat.

Most of the writing she was doing at the moment sure looked a lot like staring off into space.
