Holding a large stick with a piece of poster board attached wasn't the easiest thing to do with one hand. Which meant that Blair's big protest sign today spent a lot of time leaning on the walk next to him when his arm got too achy.

He felt bad though and intermittently would call out the sign's message loudly. "Give Peace a Chance!"

[ooc: Same drill as last time, posted with permission of teacher. Open for interaction and arguing and harassing.]

Joxer was sitting, fully decked out in his smooshed pasta strainers armor. He was flipping through the channels, until he ended up on some film channel showing Hired Sword, that old Japanese film.

It was subtitled. Joxer was struggling with keeping up.

[ooc: Open! And that'd be me meta-izing Yojimbo, yo.]

D'anna had planned to spend her day in her room, freaking out over "zomg, wtf, my ethics teacher is a cylon!" and other useful things when she heard something out side her door.

She opened her door and found something wee... and yappy. D watched as the dog barked, did some turns very excitedly and finished off big with some prancing on her hind-legs with more some more circling.

Seeing as she wasn't in creature languages, she just stared at the wee fluff ball until it bound into her room and sorta pounce-yipped at her pom-poms. The light bulb went on, "oh, great galloping gods! Buffy?" YIP! with some possible tail wagging. "Cheerleading...?" More yipping and wagging.

So D made some calls to her fellow cheerbunnies and a while later, she was in the gym, warming up, and listening to some really up-beat music while under the watchful eye of, er, puppy-Buffy.

[ooc: OCD on the way is up, yay! Puppy-Buffy mod'ed with permission.]

Gwynn had finished her homework and wrote a letter home that she still hadn't sent off yet. With nothing else to do, she wandered into the fourth floor common room where she figured she could relax and see if anyone were to come in.

What with her class, cheerleading practice, talking to Blair outside hunting. . . . Nadia had had a busy day.

It wasn't quite done yet, though, as she stood in the corner of the roof where she got the best cellphone reception (the one that would let her call a year in the future) and finalized a few other plans.

the phone call )

Nadia hung up and looked out over the town. Okay. Now she just had to wait for the package. Everything else was in place.

[ooc: open. contents of Nadia's side of the conversation are overhearable. Weeeee!]
