John trudged up to the roof, thinking.

Not so much thinking as trying not to think. Trying not to think about the imposter professor, not to think about Syd, not thinking about everyone else who left.

Always leaving.

John stepped up on the ledge, toes hanging over.

Self-fulfilling prophesy said he'd live to defeat Skynet. Didn't say if he'd be directing from the battlefront or from a wheelchair.

He looked down at the ground 6 floors below. He hocked a loogie to see how long it took.

roof's open for emo-y purposes!

Bel woke up early and headed to the roof for a morning cigarette and to check on his plants.

What the hell, why were they listlessly leaning to the side and strangling themselves with their own leaves?

[ooc: open, natch. I'm here for the next two hours or so then off on a forced march to Antietam for the day.]

It was cool and rainy, so Dawn was using her Saturday morning to do her homework--she had to read Jane Eyre and learn Dolphin by the beginning of next week. She stretched out facedown on the floor, swinging her feet above her, and humming as she listened to the radio. She nibbled occasionally on some *fingerwiggle* buttery toast as she read.

She was in a really good mood, homework notwithstanding.

After handwavily planning things with the other sophomores, Tyler's put up a bunch of posters and ordered pizzas of all sorts. He's even managed a tie, and he's sitting with his hands in his pockets watching the door.

He's not exactly nervous of anything except no one showing up.

[OOC: Open, especially for sophomores, and this is post-detention. There is OCD for candidate speeches.]

True, it wasn't rare to see Sakurazaki in the gym, when she wanted to work on strength rather than swordplay, or perhaps in search for a spar, or to just do her general chi centering excersizes.

However, it wasn't for any of the things the she was in the gym for tonight.

Sakurazaki had in her hands a red rubber ball, precisely the kind they had tossed at each other in Fitness the other day. She stood facing a wall, tucked the ball against her hip, and pondered a moment before stepping back.

She was throwing the ball at the wall, as hard as she could, working on getting the bounce back at her so she could repeat the process. There was a lot of throwing which lead into the ball bouncing away from her in directions unexpected, and her sprinting after it.

After returning from the pet store and organizing all of Annie's things, Isabel made a quick trip to town to pick up cupcake making supplies. Two hours later, there was an assortment of cupcakes next to a sign that said Isabel Evans & Peter Parker for Junior Class Representatives, while Isabel sat on the couch flipping channels and Annie slept in a small basket next to her feet.

It was quite late in the evening, possibly approaching early morning, and JD had just wandered into the common room. Suprisingly, he looked almost human, though he still coughed from time to time. However, having slept for the vast majority of the past week, he simply couldn't take the bed anymore. Besides, he was feeling mostly better anyway.

He was sitting at the common room table, reviewing some information on the upcoming student elections that he'd neglected to think about this past week. His mind drifted from the election materials to, as always, a certain special redhead. His eyes began to glaze over.

~~~Begin Sequence~~~
JD is standing on a podium, dressed in his best suit, addressing a crowd of adoring fans, who clap at every third word that comes out his mouth.
"And I couldn't have done it without any of you. Remember! Every single vote counts!"
The crowd errupted, and yet, despite the chaos, a small section parted to reveal a tall, freckled red-head, bathed in unnatural sunlight. Looking at her, JD smiled from his podium.
"However, I would like to take this moment to thank a certain special someone...
