Nadia had managed to sleep pretty much all day. Thus she was groggy, but not tired as she shuffled her way out to the common room, Furrball at her heels.

She had the Best. Cat toy. Ever.

A laser pointer.

She flopped onto the couch, turned on the TV, and set to sending Furrball running in circles after a tiny red dot.

No guitar tonight, although Chad does have his headphones firmly in place over his ears as he sits on the roof, looking out across the sky, and just thinking. Not about anything in particular, nothing particularly happy or particularly sad, just let his brain putter along to a good, thinking-mood mix in his CD player. Sometimes he thought about Japan, his friends there....Mexico, and if his friends there were even still alive. He thought about girls, how they were different here, different there, or exactly the same. How Mahana would sometimes let him fool around with her (but who didn't she allow that with), but how who he really liked was Ryo, tall, thin, gorgeous, and how she always had that cute nose of hers stuck in a book, not because she was reading it, but because she didn't want to talk to anyone. He thought about Chizuru and her red hair and cat-eye glasses, and how she always fawned over Orihime, and Chad always figured it was just something she did because she really liked Tatsuki and it always got Tatsuki's attention.

Chad sighed a bit, and then reminded himself that he wasn't going to go all emo over the place, so he changed CDs, put in some Beastie Boys, and thought instead about robots. Robots were pretty cool.

Without any sort of confirmation from Setsuna, the twins handwavilyput up posters for a freshmen class meeting cuz the roof is better.
Freshmen Class Meeting
Roof
For ALL Freshmen Reps!
but Setsuna's the best

They had set up on the roof, putting up posters for all the reps that they could find and take for that purpose. They only hoped that their improv meeting would reach everyone. Plus, there was food.
Otherwise, they sat and did homework, doing some work if this didn't play out.

((ooc: ah, i don't believe this was done yet fer freshmen, but open to everyone! ))

Not quite sure why she's up so damn early, Mac has traipsed along to the fourth floor common room in search of breakfast. Just because there's no one there right now, doesn't mean someone with food she can eat might not turn up later.

For some reason she's cold. She's blaming the fact it's almost winter rather than admit that it's because she's a used-to-warm-weather Californian. Anyway, she's wrapped up in a blanket from her room with the biggest vat of coffee ever, watching early morning kiddies cartoons.

[Oooopen, for whatever.]

Peter decided that a week was more than long enough to keep out of the gym.  His only concession was to avoid the salle and the temptation to use a real sword.  Instead he found himself spending his free time before Interstellar Relations working through forms with a practice blade.  And ignoring the fact that the work out did, actually, hurt.

[OOC: Open like a gym is before it is set up for a Club Fair]

While Hikaru was doing something else, Kaoru wandered down the hall and stuck a note under the door of 310.

//Mattie,
It's only destructive when Hikaru's behind it.
What have you been up to? It seems like it's
been awhile since we've seen you.

Pete sat in the middle of the common room floor, poking at the remote control for the television.

He was pretty sure people had used this to make the box thing light up so he could see the people inside.

He just wasn't sure how yet.

Evie had finally found something on the television that looked both familiar and interesting: Out of Africa Leaving the Dark Continent. She had a big bowl of popcorn and was watching Karin and Bror during World War I.

Really, that Dennys was more interesting though.

River was back in the dorms. She had waved her brother off the previous night, and while that had been upsetting she was now feeling better. Not that she had forgot last week's events, but she tried not to dwell on them and their implications. Everyone seemed to want to think she could avoid doing that again. She really wanted to believe them.

Berthold was happy to see her, and even more happy to see his blanket again. Thus, being unusually cheerful, he ventured out into the common room with River in the morning, and got a bowl of ice cream. River wondered who did the ice cream shopping around here, as the supply seemed unlimited.

For herself, River opted for popcorns. She made them without a lid as usual, and rushed around the room trying to catch them all. She may have missed one or two.

[welcome to talk to River, Berthold or just steal some popcorn]
