After the all the activity going on yesterday for Halloween, Marty decided to be a lump on the couch all day. So he's sitting back on the sofa, watching the DVD of "Ratman Restarts" and sipping his coffee in his sweatpants and a t-shirt.

On the coffee table is a bunch of other movies to watch and numb your mind too.

[ooc: Open! Duh!]

Buffy had decided to be nice and let people recouperate from yesterday, so she didn't push the practice forth until noon, but kept it at the normal time. When people had arrived, she clapped her hands for attention.

"Okay! I hope you've had a good look at the contests folders I gave you last time, because today we're going to have a vote!"

She handed out two pieces of papers to everyone. "You write yes or no on these and then put them in the right pile." She pointed at the two sheets of paper on the ground. One said 'Virginia', to other said 'CrossWorld'.

"When you've done that, we're going to start practicing. I'd like you to join up three and three and work on basing, spotting and flying. You can change around if you like, but make sure to always follow the safety rules!"

JD was on the roof, armed with a bucket of bouncy balls and a golf club. He sets one of the balls down and looks out over the campus, admiring the view.

"Four!"

JD wacked one of the balls off the roof, which went flying, hitting the ground below, and bounced impressively.

"The next Tiger Woods, baby." He nodded appreciatively and set up another ball.

((OOC: Open, as roofs often are. If you want to hit balls, you are welcome, but there is only one club and JD nor his player make any promises about whether or not anyone is going to get in trouble. Also, if you want to be whacked by a random bouncy ball from the roof, that's fine too, but they *bounce* - no major injuries or upsets please.))

The Gym: midnight

Parker headed straight to the gym after Teal Dear was done performing at Caritas. And proceeded to whale on the bag, punch punch, kick, kick, kick.

Yeah, if you want it? You're going to have to take it from her.

Without any classes to worry about this week, Anders was taking advantage of the chance to stay up at wacky hours. That would be why he was up on the roof at this ungodly hour (whichever ungodly hour it was). Not that he'd taken the stairs -- what fun was that, when he could just take his Glider to the top, which was exactly what he'd done?

So he was sitting on the Glider, hovering just over the edge of the roof, humming to himself as he lit up a cigarette.

Not that he was going to make a habit of this. He wasn't going to get addicted to the damn things.

Yeah, sure . . .

[OOC: OMG, I slept all evening and now I'm going to be up forever, and bored. So, open.]
