Billy figured most folks were in bed by now, or at least in their rooms.

He found himself restless and unable to sleep so instead, here he was.

"so," he said to himself. "This is a Christmas Tree."

Dr. Wilson had shared a picture with Blair that worked well for today's protest. Lucifer was holding a bundle of Christmas lights and helping a nun decorate a church.

Just in case people didn't recognize Lucifer as being, you know, the Lucifer...Blair had photoshopped horns and a tail on the man. It was pretty convincing work and Blair bounced excitedly as he shouted the message written at the bottom of the sign. "Demons aren't bad!"

Buffy waited until people had gathered, then stepped in to the middle of the room and clapped her hands. "Okay!" she said cheerfully. "Happy Pippi-brings-us-cookies Day! Today is the last practice before Christmas, and we're going to start putting things together! I know we don't really have a team to cheer -- you'd think that with this many geeks, there'd at least be a chess team, but no -- so learning cheers might be a little futile, but I think we should anyway."

She paused to hand out sheets of papers with cheers on.

"I want us to try this cheer to a slightly modified macarena routine first." Buffy took a deep breath and demonstrated: "Hey hey, let's do it again, Everybody yell, Go! Fight! Win!" When she got to 'win' she jumped around, hands on her hips. "And then you can practice yelling cheers or krump. Oh! There will be new students coming in after new years, I think, so we should have another try-out session then. I'm thinking the second weekend of January?"

Buffy gave them all a narrow eyed, kind of scary look. "That's also the deadline if any of you want to drop Cheerleading, because after that we'll start attending competitions and if you drop out in the middle of a competition I won't be held responsible for my actions."

"What else?" Buffy pondered. "Oh! I've lost track. Who are our current bases and flyers?"

ooc: ocd coming up. Ping me on ooc if there's anything else I've forgotten.

There was a break in the clouds in the evening so says my weather search, so Alec headed up to the roof. Despite the humidity, it was nice to be where he could see the town and the ocean beyond.

First sign of rain though and he'd be back inside before you could blink.

[ooc: lala, thread with [livejournal.com profile] saltandammo lock to them, roof is open to all your rooftastic needs otherwise]

Lana wasn't back yet.

Twitch.

Twitch.

Jim was trying to distract himself with hockey, even if the Philadelphia Flyers at the Pittsburgh Penguins was a little more alliteration than he usually liked with his winter sports.
