After yesterday's mostly successful attempt at working the computer, Edmund had agreed to meet 'Nothingtosee' in the rec room after classes. He supposed they could have just traded names and seen each other in the halls, but that would make things far too easy.

While he waited, he sat down at the piano. No, he couldn't play, but it was something to tinker with to pass the time.

[OOC: For one, but open as rec rooms are. Just SP from me while I'm at work.]

Savannah was cheerfully bouncing around as she set everything up for practice.

The mats were pulled out and there was a table of healthy snacks and caffeine -- along with bottled water.

Once everything was set up to her liking, she started stretching out.

[[OOC: Please wait for OCD is up!]]

Priestly, being generally an upbeat guy, had shaken off most of the funk he was in yesterday. So when he finally finished his beauty routine, omg got out of bed, he headed for the common room, dug up some steak-ums, cheese, and bread, and set about cooking up some steak and cheese sandwiches.

He had to practice for working the diner tomorrow, right?

His hair was spiked up high in double rows of alternating red and blue -- which nicely matched the torn-up-and-pinned-back-together sleeveless blue and red plaid flannel he was wearing, which in turn totally complimented the acid-washed, holey jeans.

The dishtowel he had tied around his waist in lieu of an apron clashed with the rest of the outfit, though.

[ooc: open! We've got an 800 page Taxpayer Advocate report to Congress to work on, so I'll need distracting.]

Ben really wanted to be at the gym, but even he wasn't stubborn enough to punch a bag when his joints weren't fully healed.

Floating in the water was better for that, even if he looked a little ridiculous wearing a shirt and long pants. The scars the Embrace of Pain had left weren't for other people to stare at, he'd decided.

He closed his eyes and enjoyed the silence.

[OOC: Naturally, the silence doesn't have to last. Open!]

The best thing about the end of the holidays? TV shows off hiatus. Tony had chips and soda and was back to his usual Wednesday spot on the couch to watch Darkest Night.

It occurred to him once he got settled that he probably should have picked up some alcohol. Because tonight was Episode Nine. The one that would make the "Beer Bad" episode of Wendy the Werewolf Stalker look like a work of genius.

Tonight, Raymond Dark and James Taylor Grant had to face... the Mold Man. With bonus Charlemagne flashbacks.

[Open! Episode Nine: possibly the worst TV episode ever. About Darkest Night.]

Emmett had been a little wary about eating a deer that was that weird greenish color, but he couldn't resist trying something new. He figured that worse comes to worse at least it wouldn't kill him. They hadn't been hard at all to catch and Emmett found them to be sweeter than most deer, if not entirely satisfying. Still, he hadn't been trying to fill himself up. He was just trying to tide himself over until he could leave during the weekend to hunt something bigger.

He walked up to the school grounds from the preserve, his face looking more flushed than usual and picking teal fur out of his teeth. What'd he do for a toothpick right about now.

[Open. The fact that Emmett has been hunting is NFB. No actual teal deer were harmed in the writing of this post]
