Fifth Floor Common Room, Afternoon

After a combination of boredom, exhaustion, hunger, a very interesting class, and perhaps what could be understood as common sense seemed to happen all at the same time, Chalire decided that settling in the dorms might be beneficial for her in the long run. Or short run, as she was still expecting something to use as an excuse to haul ass and ditch the student facade, even though she couldn't hide the fact she was enjoying herself alright.
She had even managed to buy food, so her way to the dorms was one carrying a large pizza cardboard half empty, and another one still complete. She had gone a little crazy there, but she supposed she would be able to earn more money...eventually.
Take, for example as to why it was a good idea to stay in the dorms, her floor's common room. It was empty when she arrived, but it seemed...nice. And the television was certainly a plus. So she slumped in the sofa, grabbed the remote, and started to zap through channels, half believing she was going to find any news she could pick as not belonging to her world. It wasn't going so great, so she just settled for a Natural Disasters Special, currently exploring the ins and outs of being caught in the middle of a tornado.
"God knows how many hundred channels this thing has, and I'm watching houses being torn down by wind. Go me."
