Second Floor Common Room: Saturday Afternoon

Tired, Jack wandered into the common room in search of coffee. He hadn't gotten a heck of a lot of sleep last night.

Since the common room was empty, he appropriated both the couch with the best view of the TV and the remote control. Mister What was on again and he sprawled across the couch, watching it through half closed eyes. The show really was oddly fascinating.

The Gym - Sunday Morning

Peter forced himself out of bed at a reasonable hour and stumbled down to the gym.  Still half-wake and bleary-eyed, he didn't think he trusted himself even with a practice sword just yet, so after a quick warm-up, he headed for the heavy bag.

Fifth floor common room, Sunday morning, before Empire opens

There's no one making pancakes or cookies or crepes or anything already in the common room, so Nadia sets herself up to make some empanadas the old fashioned way . . . with limited extra ingredients. She doesn't have enough flexibility in her left hand at the moment to play the guitar, but she can at least use it to carry light weight pots and pans or ingredients.

And if anyone says otherwise, she'll hit them with the cast. After all, apparently Dr. Tommy told Phoebe it was okay to do that, with casts.

Grounds-After Noon

Shiro had left his new uniform in the dorm room, opting for his usual jeans and t-shirt with cap covering his cat ears.

After loosing James earlier that morning, Shiro had decided that some Shiro Time was in order. Maybe it was time he met some of the other students. Perferably someone who wasn't obsessed with stinky monsters, or weren't monkeys.

After getting a shorter haircut than he originally thought, Sawyer stalked through the halls with a brooding look on his face - not like it was always there or anything. Sighing, he turned the corner on floor three and took a seat on the couch in the middle of the common room. He felt...awkward with the short hair but he'd get used to it.

Having already claimed an Alcove, Tim was sitting on the steps outside the cabin, just sort of, being in the woods. It wasn't something he was hugely used to, and it was actually kind of nice.

Pangolin Common Room-- very late

So. No TV. That would have to be fixed. Communal bathrooms-- maybe someone could magic them to be private? Curtains for doors. Parker was considering stealing a door later.

Still, could be worse. If she had to room with people, no one that she knew of in Pangolin was a psycho.

Parker yawned, and turned up the music on her CD player, and settled in to re-read The Big Sleep The Giant Nap one more time.

Squirrel campfire, Sunday night

Nadia's put together a small campfire and sits watching it. It's weird, since camp is pretty much the total opposite of the urban setting she grew up in, but sitting by a fire in the dark like this, without a television or anything around, makes her kind of miss Buenos Aires. Just give her a few less trees, a few more drunken people, and some trash on the ground, and she'd practically be home.

She's not sure how she feels about that.
