1st Floor Lobby - Tuesday

On the other side of the lobby from Angela and Peyton, Joan set up the StuCo table to sell tickets to the Homecoming Dance and take ballots for the Homecoming Court.

Cheerleading Try-Outs -- After Classes, Tuesday, The Gym

Savannah got to the gym after classes to set things up for try-outs. She had mats and tables pulled out, with refreshments available for both the current cheerleaders and those trying out.

There was a table arranged with clipboards for the squad members to write notes as they watched the hopefuls try-out. There was also a portable stereo for those routines that were choreographed to music.

It was time for try-outs for the Fandom High Gremlins!

After first period, the lobby once again became home base for Angela and Peyton. They were determined, you had to give them that.

They'd had a fair amount of interest yesterday, but they were still hoping for more. They can be very persuasive when they want to be.

Third Floor Common Room - Tuesday afternoon - 10/07

Liir was keeping it simple today.

There was a pot, some stew in it, a pitcher of lemonade out, and a small plate of stained glass cookies left for anyone who might be hungry.

Liir himself was enjoying some of the stew, a glass of the lemonade, and had a cookie resting on the side for after while working on a drawing. It was hard to say what it might be since he was drawing it in such tiny marks, but it seemed to be shaping up slowly.

While Evey absolutely preferred her own room, and her own television, she recognized the limitations thereof.

...mainly, that when her cat managed to tangle herself in the wires and unplug everything, it was going to take rather more effort than she would have preferred to put forth tonight to fix it.

Which was why Evey, with Vashti curled up in her lap and an assortment of sweets before her, was perched on a couch in the common room and raptly watching the tail end of the third Space Battles prequel.

And, naturally -- as she always did -- wondering why the hell the supposed heroine was so stupid.
