Dinah got in earlier than the time she'd set with Tony, and got through her weight reps and a warm-up before stopping to practice her forward roll on the mats. Sometime, she was positive, it'd come in handy. You just never knew when.

When Arthur arrived at the usual spot behind the dorms (somewhat reluctantly, as he didn't feel much like dealing with Leto after yesterday's little disaster) he found it a little... crowded.

There were tiny people there. Very tiny people. And they were making an awful lot of noise.

He stared at it for a few minutes. Only then did he snap out of it. "Listen," he started, awkwardly. "This situation is utterly ridiculous."

There was a pregnant pause.

Then there was more music.

Arthur had to reopen one ear with his finger just to be able to hear anything. "I want you to let anyone who passes by know that there won't be a meeting this week. We'll be reconvening at the Rocky Bits the next, when the island isn't completely insane, and we'll have some new blood."

Pause. They all considered him.

"Not as completely insane as it is right now," he amended.

One of them gave him the thumbs up.

"...Thank you for your help," he said, facepalmed, and turned to walk away. He had more strategizing to do, anyway. He'd find a way to go about this particular duty without losing his mind.

The hat could go, too.

[[ mostly establishing, but it's an open behind-the-dorms so feel free to have at it. or the mariachi. arthur's gone, though! ]]

Temari had left. She'd left him a message, just written on paper, and he was grateful for it; at least it didn't make him feel as if some kind of teary farewell would be expected of him. He was waiting for a response of an entirely bigger magnitude, though: his request to be placed on a colonial vessel, to explore some of his own universe.

Hopefully, the bugger queen in the library was real. If she wasn't, he'd have to find out where the actual queen was buried - or search his mind to see if he just made it up. Either way, time out on the fringes would help him attain some of his goals.

Ben shouldn't know, of course, but he'd deflected that okay. If he knew Ben, then the Jedi would be too preoccupied with other things soon enough, and Ender would be able to leave in good conscience.

If they bothered to listen to him.

So Ender was back up on the roof, glancing over the rooftops of Fandom Town with no real sentimentality whatsoever.
