Second day in a row hitting the salle; this time, waiting for Leto, and whatever kind of workout he did.

Dinah did some stretches while she waited, then got out the eskrima and started to give the practice dummy a bad time.

Tap shoes on, Amber set up her CD player and began to warm up. Her conversation with her ma was weird this morning. Amber just blurted out crap that she had no intention of saying and it was just freaking weird.

Getting out of her room worked, not to mention the work out she needed. Spent up restlessness can do that to a person so she was here in black yoga pants and a simple t-shirt, dancing acrorss the gym floor.

[The gym is open, of course.]

Getting ready for another day, Turtle had gone into the common room to fix herself a nice balanced breakfast of sugar cereal, strawberry PopTarts, orange juice, and toast. Breakfast, after all, was the cornerstone of any day, and was very important. Usually, she'd sit and watch some TV while she ate, but today she was sitting at the table in the kitchenette, legs kicking underneath it as she curved over her bowl and a book, which she found far more interesting than anything that would be on the TV anyway.

Hurley was supposed to meet Penelope here tonight, so she could play the piano.

Whether or not meeting the girl you're dating while you can only blurt out what you're actually thinking is actually a good idea, well, that's another thing.

But Hurley wasn't about to stand her up. He was a man of his word, and he was there.

[ooc: Rec room is open to any, but please to not interrupt the date, if'n you please?]

Despite having all of her gun cases opened, Triela was rather distracted as people filed in. She was spending an awful lot of time looking over a piece of notebook paper in front of her and making thinking noises.

As people arrived she took a sort of informal poll. "So if the club were to take a field trip off-island to shoot things, would people be interested in participating?" It was all vague and unplanned, but she figured gauging interest was a good first step toward making plans.

Sookie, so far, had had very good luck with not sharing her various secrets with the world.

Clearly that had to change.

Since she wasn't particularly concerned about the honesty issues, she was curled up on the couch in the common room, watching TV and writing a letter home. She wasn't paying much attention to either, but it seemed a pleasant enough way to spend an evening.

Ha. Oh, dramatic irony.
