After a week, showing back up in the salle was turning back into the calming ritual that it had been. And at least he hadn't gotten abducted to anything this weekend (if you didn't count Zack's birthday party, which he'd been dutybound to show up to no matter what) so it was with reasonable calm that Arthur made his way down into the salle with his sword, picked a good spot, and went to work.

He might even get a few drills in before Tweety showed up. That would be encouraging.

Merlin, of course, was back to work in the corner, and got his usual occasional glance. Or text message.

Fiona didn't often come up here. For one, despite an uneven temperament, she wasn't much for 'emo'ing. For another, she was usually reasonably comfortable in her room. But today, she'd come up to the roof with her phone and a couple of books and had decided to make a time of it. The wind was actually sort of refreshing and there was something to being up here, sitting in the sun, that fit her mood for the day.

Which, her being her, was thoughtful for the moment.

She made some phonecalls, but ) she was almost hoping someone would come up and provide a little company.

Jennifer, or rather The She-Hulk, stood on the edge of the roof, aiming her squirt gun over at the various evil BLUs (Feegles, not that she knew that) down below. Occasionally she fired off a shot, a blob of water hitting... nowhere near the tiny tiny targets below.

That did not stop her from going "Boom, headshot!" every so often as well.

After dinner at Luke's, Bobby was still feeling sort of restless. So he went to his room, grabbed a stack of Rebel Justice Unleashed comics and headed back to the common room.

Sprawling lazily on one of the couches, he got to work catching up on the last few issues. Of course, he wouldn't object to company- that was kind of why he was out here instead of reading in his room.

[ooc: boooored. opeeeeeen.]

After the weekend's radio broadcasts, Sam was content with the start of his Student Council campaign. Still, extra effort was never bad when it came to things like this, so he was working his way up and down the stairways of the dorms, putting up bright multicolored signs:

Vote Sam Winchester
for Senior Representative
Smart, dedicated,
and ready to work for you!

He was doing his best to try to get the signs at eye level for the average person, and not for himself, so people would actually see them. For all that he'd said he was above bribery, he had a bag of chocolates ready, in case anyone stopped to talk to him.

There had been a couple talks lately that had made Jaina think that getting back into the garage was a good idea. She hadn't done much at all since she'd finished the hoverboard... nearly two years ago, which she didn't really like. It wasn't really something she'd meant to give up, especially if she couldn't work on the ships back home while she was here.

So she was in the garage, in grease-stained coveralls that were actually looser than they had been when she first got to Fandom, doing some routine maintenance on the swoop bike between calls she had to make for work. She was trying to multitask.

That would be a lot easier if she could find her hydrospanner. It was probably a good thing she hadn't seen the little blue things take off with it, lest she think they were oxygen-deprived gremlins or something.

[Can be open if anyone actually comes down here anymore!]

Because there weren't enough posters for candidates for senior representatives out there, Jean decided today was the day for her to put up hers.

Yeeeaaah.

Mmm, poorly made posters )

And yes, it was put up right next to the other ones. Because people needed to decide which ones were the best to die halfway into their term and devour planets for funsies to lead their class in school related matters!

Jenny had realized that yes, the student council election was just around the corner, and if she wanted any hope of retaining her seat and continuing to try to push through such dance themes as "skeletons" she'd better do something about that.

Jenny was not like other candidates for the Student Council, no.

She could be found tacking up hastily-made and somewhat crooked signs with the clearly well-thought-out and catchy slogan:

VOTE FOR JENNY SPARKS
(for junior representative)
Let's face it.
You could do worse.

Clearly, someone getting his old job back at the diner had been cause for inspiration, as Cal was in the kitchen of the fourth floor common room, flipping burgers. Not just any burgers. Awesome feta cheese burgers.

The fact that the new Rumor Girl was on the TV and he was paying more attention to the TV than the burgers was merely coincidence.

Really.

[[ holy crap, I almost forgot and got home just in time, huzzah. Open common room is open. And common, as I almost typed instead of open. But SP warning. As I am lamesauce. ]]

Azula stared at the pool.

Despite popular belief Firebenders did not hate water. The Fire Nation was surrounded by water hating it would be as useless as hating the air or the earth instead her people took to the water as they would anything -- they conquered and mastered the waters until the Fire Nation Navy became the unquestioned masters of the sea.

It was an accomplishment the Waterbenders, the purported Masters of Water, could not rival.

Azula thought this was one of the things she shared with her countrymen but now all Azula could do was stare at the swimming pool with clenched fists.

(Open pool is open!)
