Good mood completely disipated from a variety of factors, some of which she tries to ignore rather than name, Sakurazaki is sitting outside of Puffin late at night, poking the fire with a long stick, thinking as she watches the flames.

Gwynn had gotten up very early and slipped quietly from Squirrel cabin, hoping that she didn't wake any of her friends and cabinmates up in the process. She had never been one to sleep late unless she had stayed up late and she did enjoy being outside when it was still dark and watching the sun rise.

She made her way to the main campfire area and sat comfortably on one of the picnic tables and faced East. She had a few minutes before the sun even thought about rising, so she let her mind wander as she looked around her.

She couldn't believe that she had been in this strange and somehow wonderful place for an entire cycle of the moon. She had been positive that she would want to go back home after only a handful of days. Of course, that had been before she had started making friends --- and had met Tim.

Thinking of Tim made her realize that she should probably write to Phillip and tell him about things here before Froderick told him. She wouldn't put it past Froderick to tell Phillip that she was betrothed to Tim just to see if he could get a rise out of him. She shook her head and ran a hand through her hair. Froderick was her best friend, but sometimes he acted like he had only the brains of one of the goats at the monastery. He would probably never admit that taunting their King was not the best thing to do --- even if he had been made a member of Phillip's cabinet.

Then again, the two of them seemed to enjoy tormenting her whenever they got the chance --- and she could only challenge Froderick for satisfaction as it was unseemly to challenge one's King to any kind of duel or contest.

The two of them were likely to show up here just to see what she was doing and see if they could frighten any of the young men that she spoke to away from her. They did seem to become a team whenever there was a male other than they in her immediate area.

Maybe she could convince her father not to tell Phillip and Froderick the location of the carriage to the school and she wouldn't have to think about them showing up? If not her father, then she could definitely enlist the aid of Will Scarlet to keep the two young men away from the school? Not even King Phillip would argue with Robin Hood and Will Scarlet... correct? Perhaps? Maybe?

Gwynn sighed and shook her head.

She could worry about all of those things later. Best to just enjoy her day.

Tempe sat on the couch in the common room, feet resting on the coffee table, bottles of colorful nail polish sitting on said coffee table.

It was time for a change, she decided, looking down at the remnants of gold sparkly nail polish currently covering her toenails.

Which color to pick...

After removing the gold polish, she stared into the rainbow of nail polish bottles covering the table, as if the answer would suddenly come to her in a flash of brilliance.

And it did.

Today would be scarlet. Deep, sexy scarlet.

[OOC: Open for interaction. Come distract Tempe or steal nail polish. Or just sit and stare at her.]

Buffy was getting ready for the handwavily announced cheerleader meeting, which would contain such serious topics as which cheerleader tryout made the cut, and, more importantly, which uniforms to pick.

She pulled out a couple of mats, so they'd have something to sit on. She pulled her notebook out of her purse and sat down to study her notes.

Then she wondered why Zack's name had a smiley face and a flower next to it.

wait for cheer ocd up! Now open for everyone! None cheerleaders too, in appropriate thread.

Alec's motorcycle didn't look much like a motorcycle any more. No wheels, for one. And it was kind of, well, hovering, thanks to the repulsorlift engine that Anakin had installed.

With a small smile, Anakin sat down and pushed the accelerator pedal with his right foot. The swoop bike took off with a satisfying roar.

He took it slow for the first trip around the island, carefully listening for anything that sounded unusual. Not that he normally doubted his mechanical abilities, but it had been that kind of a week, and it wasn't going to be a machine for his personal use where he could catch something later. Plus, it would be bad to have one of the new kids explode.

When he was finally satisfied that the bike was in working order, he pressed the accelerator all the way down with a fierce sort of joy.

500 kilometers an hour, even for the short trip around the beaches, was nothing to turn down.

He turned back towards the camp, slowing down to a more reasonable speed, parked in front of Flamingo, and left a handwavey message for Alec.

Nice to see something had worked this week.

[OOC: Open to Alec and anyone who wants to try to wheedle a ride on the new shiny thing...]

After setting a bag of items she'd hanwavey purchased earlier just inside the doorway to the cabin, Molly sat down on the steps to read her comic books. Yep, settling in for a nice afternoon of reading, that's all. If she should just happen to be able to see who was coming and going from Stickbug all afternoon, that was just pure coincidence. It was also coincidence that she looked around to see who else was about whenever any other Meerkats showed up.

Yup, just a lazy afternoon.

[[OOC: Marked thread locked to Meerkats and NFB. Otherwise, open to anyone.]]

Canada, contrary to popular belief, was not a land of eternal ice and snow. That all its citizens were not built for heat is a blatant, blatant stereotype. Still, it was rapidly approaching Too Hot for Jude.

So he was currently oozing over a chair in the common room in his swim trunks with two fans ruffling the blonde hair sticking to the back of his neck and the pages of the book that he's reading. Upsidedown.

[[Srsly. 30o? Is too hot. *is dying up here*]]

It's been a good day.

He's been having a few of those lately and he's not one to ignore good days. He knows they can evaporate quickly and without warning.

So, he's enjoying the warm day outside. There's a cup of tea near his elbow and a smile on his face.

[Hey, open post!]

Just because he'd had a karate workshop earlier didn't mean that Peter had trained enough for the day.

He stretched out then attacked the heavy bag like it had insulted his sister.  This was Fandom after all, and one never knew when that might actually happen.

Sakurazaki was a warrior with a mission. With mini-Yuunagi (yes, shockingly, it was still in one piece) tucked into her skirt, she had stalked her way over to Koala cabin and hidden herself expertly in the foliage surrounding it. After considering the prediciment she was in and the insight of her conversation with Alphonse last night, her mission was clear. She didn't know what it was holding her back from writing a recommendation in Ranma's favour, but she was going to find out. By stalking his cabin and waiting for some bomb to drop, exploding and revealing all sorts of character flaws to support her doubt.

But stalking was boring business. She had brought along a little notebook, scribbling a list of pros and cons while she waited for something exciting to happen. She scribbled in Japanese for two reason: 1) much more secretive, despite that the person who it was about could read it well and 2) writing in English sucked, especially without her dictionaries. She had very little so far:

*thumbs up*
someone I know is not a creepy pervert
appropriate age
good friend
would want to make Ojou-sama happy
thinks Ojou-sama is pretty

*thumbs down*
snores (sound sleep is important)
afraid of cat (stupid fear)
turns into a girl
tries too hard
bad jokes

Sakurazaki frowned. She had a lot of stalking to do. And it didn't help that her shoulders were driving her nuts! Why were they so itchy? It took a severe amount of concentration to try to ignore it.

The sun was just pulling over the tops of the trees when Jack settled onto the Seahorse cabin steps.

He'd woken when the sun had slanted through the window. Cedric had been curled around him, muttering in his sleep, and Jack had taken a moment to simply enjoy it before easing away and slipping out of bed.

The Dining Hall had beckoned him with its promise of coffee, so he was a bit bemused to find himself sitting here, drinking tea.

But it was a beautiful morning.

[ooc: open and completely botherable. Content of Jack & Isabel's conversation NFB, please, but that they talked is fine for broadcast.]

Tyler reclined on the couch, bouncing his basketball against the wall and catching the rebounds.

Well, most of the rebounds.

Some of the rebounds.

The thuds are probably pretty annoying.

Tim headed for the gym, wearing the same clothes he wore for gym in high school, sweat pants, sneakers and a Flatbush High School t-shirt.
There, he waited on the deck for Gwynn.

mostly for Gwynn, but open for any other interaction or Gym needs
