As soon as the doors were open, Parker was in the Gun Range, setting things up for her lesson on guns with Jack. She made sure the poster on the wall was in plain sight:

SAFETY RULES:

· TREAT ALL GUNS AS IF THEY WERE LOADED

· KEEP YOUR FINGER OFF THE TRIGGER UNTIL READY TO FIRE

· BE SURE OF YOUR TARGET AND WHAT’S BEYOND

· ALWAYS WEAR HEARING AND EYE PROTECTION

· NEVER USE ALCOHOL OR DRUGS BEFORE OR WHILE SHOOTING.

· CHECK IN ALL WEAPONS BEFORE YOU LEAVE THE RANGE.

Then started checking out the weapons cabinet.

Still no sword. Still no freakin' sword. She was so distracted and disturbed that Sakurazaki couldn't sleep. She couldn't do anything, really. She stalked down to the common room to satiate the only thing she could do: think about it while pacing, fingers twitching slightly, talking quietly to herself in Japanese. She had brought her unfinished dream catcher with her, but it lay on a table, while she had no intention to actually finish it. She just wanted to make sure there was something there to give off the impression that, no, she wasn't obsessing. Not at all. As per usual, she doesn't make a convincing attempt. Why wasn't it here yet? Was Elder Konoe trying to test her? If that wer the case, she was failing horribly. She couldn't take this anymore. She was going to go insane before the night was over, probably. Sakurazaki stops her pacing to sigh. Wonder where one could get a good straight jacket around here; they've gotta keep a few of 'em close at hand....

After a handwavey walk into town for supplies, Dawn set out a bunch of sandwich fixings, pretzels, chips of various descriptions, cookies, fruit, lemonade, iced tea, and soda.

A small handwritten sign told people to help themselves, so she didn't have to keep repeating herself.

As for Dawn, she sat down with a book to enjoy her hummus with cheese, sprouts, carrots and sweet pickles. Occasionally she sipped from her lemonade.

[ooc: Open to all, mod any sandwich fixings or side items you'd like.]

Alec was there early, amazingly. Probably because Buffy had handwavily asked him very sweetly to open cheerleading practice for her.

So the mats were pulled out, the CD player seemed to have found itself a disc full of one particular song (at least it's kind of catchy?), and Alec was being co-captainy.

[OOC: Wait for OCD please! S'done, come cheer now!]

Peter arrived at the salle a bit earlier than his arranged meeting time.  He set the practice weapons he'd borrowed from the gym off to the side and started stretching.  He looked over the room with pride and a bit of impatience.  He was more than happy to teach Willow, but he very much wanted to use his own sword as well.  When was Setsuna's coming?

On Monday, he'd handwavily set up mats and some more lights in the room making it functional though he still had dreams about something on the walls to muffle the noise and a barrier from the gun range.  Still, all in all, it was better than nothing.

He continued to stretch out as he went through his lesson plan in his head.

[[OOC: Sword area is open.  Feel free to stop by though Peter's going to be mostly focused on Willow.  Will actually put in game announcements up at some point.  And yes, Peter's wearing the Swedish flag.]]

Before nearly flying down to the range (yes, she's half tempted to just go up to the roof, pull out her wings, and soar down there), Sakurazaki, nodachi in tow, had to make a pit-stop on the fifth floor, putting a note )on the door of Room 513.

Without wasting a single second, Sakurazaki takes off for the stairwell.

Kawalsky was up early on Wednesday morning. He'd had enough of sleeping. Ever since the mummy attack, he'd either been sleeping, eating or watching TV. He'd been a little upset with himself for getting tossed around by the mummy king and definitely for not being as fit as he should have been. Kawalsky had gotten lazy. He hadn't exercised and he ate too much junk. As a result, he was slower than he wanted to be and unfit. That would change from today.

He still had his cast on, but it was healing well as far as he could tell, and the little bit of healing from Alanna in Crichton's room after the attack made sure that he could still write, even if his shooting aim was still a little off its normal accuracy.

Today was the day that he got off his backside and started a training regime. Kawalsky had done drill sergeant duty before. He'd trained plenty of kids in boot camp. Now he would face the ultimate challenge - trying to train himself.

He tightened his shoelaces and headed out for a run.

[OOC: Feel free to come along!]

Nadia was sulking on the couch and watching AKA (the episode where the show gives up all pretense of realism and has Perth and her team of Spy Buddies get attacked by ghouls).

She could not believe GOB had given her detention again. And Perth's long-lost-fraternal-twin brother just got turned into a ghoul.

This sucked.

Bel wandered down to the third floor common room and, finding it empty, claimed the couch in the name of the Empire of Belthazor. If only he had a flag. Sprawled on the couch, he flipped through the channels on the TV. Oooh, "Ghost Hunters" was on.
