"Negotiation not Annihilation!" Blair chanted as he paced in front of the classroom, carrying a sign saying the same. "Negotiation not Annihilation! Also, have some cookies!"

He had thought about carrying a smaller sign stating that the slogan was Professor Lyman's idea and the cookies were Aziraphale's, but then he figured that it probably wouldn't help inter-teacher relations at all.

Marie got up early and decided to hang campaign posters again since it was election day.

Marie's Poster )

And since Jamie had so helpfully kickstarted her campaign and his player has limited availability, she decided to hang some for him as well.

A table set up in a highly visible part of the quad has a mound of all kinds of sugary stuff on it, but it's not bribes. The former Stickbug cabin just happened to feel like handing out candy today.

There's also coffee, because it's a necessity.

A sign attached to the front of the table reads:

Vote Stickbug
* Charlie Kowalsky for Senior Class Representative
* Peter Parker and Peter Pevensie for Junior Class Representative
* Tyler Durden for Sophomore Class Representative
* Jamie Madrox for Freshman Class Representative

Josh dropped the ballot box onto a table he'd covered in bunting and dragged to the middle of a busy hallway near his classroom.

There was coffee, doughnuts, and cheesy "I Voted" stickers for all participants.

Don't cheat. He does this for a living and he'll totally catch you.

[OOC: Open for mingling, eating food and general chatting. Josh'll be in and out--he's also teaching two classes today :)]

Before Government class, Layla ran around putting up one last set of posters.

Cut for image. )

Cameron knew that he'd been avoiding this. He also knew it was a bit stupid. So after lunch, he headed down to the garage, wearing his appropriate leather jacket. He pushed the swoopbike out and took a moment to just admire the paintjob he and John had done on it. The added silver lightning bolts did add something to it and he was grateful for Izzy's alien-fu. After taking a quick picture with his mobile, he took off on the swoopbike for the very first time.

An hour later, he was back in front of the garage, cleaning off the sand and dirt from his ride.

((Open like an open thing. He promised some people a ride so go ahead. Just keep in mind that he's a tiny bit protective so he won't just let anyone ride it.))

Walter was making pie and watching Wednesday night TV. This criminal forensics show was gruesomely fascinating.

It went well with making pie dough. Eventually the pie dough would become apple pies and shepherd's pies, and because it's a dorm tradition, everyone could have some.

Jake was curled up in the couch with a huge cup of coffee and a sketchpad. Yesterday she'd been drawing pirates, and today she'd sketched a scene from Really Scary Stories, and was currently doing Sugar Kane faces while singing along to the singer, who was apparently getting marathoned on Music Video Channel. "Happy to be happy/Happy from my nose to my toes/--"

Billy dropped his sleeping bag onto the roof and unrolled it. He felt like `camping out` tonight, and he liked the roof. It reminded him of the first real home he'd ever known.

He made sure he obeyed the no emo sign.

Anyone else wanna camp out? C'mon, be adventurous.
